This focused on three core areas: leading and coaching, integrating technical capability and driving transformation by embedding the BOS. In FY2021, we developed leadership and coaching capability through BOS learning and development academies for 166 BOS coaches. With a strong response rate (81 per cent) and overall engagement scores of 84 per cent, two to three percentage points under top decile of global organisation benchmarks provided by Qualtrics, we believe our overall workforce feels supported and engaged. After each EPS, leaders are accountable for identifying actions to address improvement areas, as shaped by employee feedback, in the following 90 days. We also deploy a simplified Engagement and Perception Survey (EPS) three times a year. The programs help participants develop their own distinctive leadership by working on the unique challenges of their level. The BHP Leadership Programs have been created at each level of leadership and to support entry into leadership roles.
